New Face...Same Great Service

Most of you are already aware that there has been a staffing change here at Spectrumotion. Kelly Dosier, our long-time Employer Outreach Coordinator, has left Spectrumotion for greener pastures in Colorado. She will certainly be missed and we wish her luck with her new "adventure".

As sad as we are to see Kelly go, we are extremely pleased to introduce her very capable replacement, Kim Byrne. Kim brings with her a wealth of transportation experience having served as the Alternative Transportation Manager at UC Irvine and Assistant to the Director of Parking and Transportation at Cal State Fullerton. She is an active member of the Association for Commuter Transportation and has a reputation as a strong leader in the transportation demand management industry.

Kim will be busy contacting Irvine Spectrum employers to make sure that they are aware of all the free commute-related services available to them and their employees. If you would like more information or assistance right now, please don't hesitate to contact Kim directly at (949) 72-SHARE or kim@spectrumotion.com. I'm sure you are going to find that with Kim on board, Spectrumotion won't miss a beat in making sure all your needs are met.

New Fare for OC Express Bus Service

Beginning January 22, 2007, the regular fare on Route 758 increased to $2.50 per boarding or $86 for a 30-day pass. The new fare replaces the temporary promotional fare that was offered when the route began in July 2006. Route 758 connects Chino, Chino Hills, Diamond Bar and Brea to the Irvine Spectrum and features comfortable high-backed, reclining seats as well as lap trays, individual reading lights and power connections. There are limited stops and the bus utilizes freeway carpool lanes along the 57 and 5 freeways to cut travel time. Visit Spectrumotion's website at www.72share.com/bus.asp for schedules and more details.

If you're thinking about giving it a try and are currently driving alone to work, contact Spectrumotion at (949) 72-SHARE today to get the details on receiving a free 30-day bus pass. That's right, we'll provide you with your first 30-day pass absolutely free! So what have you got to lose? Just as a reminder, regular bus riders can also purchase their 30-day passes from Spectrumotion at our office located at the Irvine Transportation Center. If you can't make it to our office, fill out the 30-day pass order form at www.72share.com/forms/octa_pass.asp and we'll deliver it to you.

That's how we can offer all our services to commuters and employers free of charge.

Spectrumotion provides a variety of free services including carpool matching, vanpool formation and incentives, Metrolink commuter rail information and incentives, OCTA bus information and incentives and an Emergency Ride Home Program. To view our complete list of commuter and employer services, log on to our website at www.72share.com.
