Spectrumotion is pleased to introduce our new quarterly e-newsletter. Its purpose is to provide Irvine Spectrum commuters with news regarding transportation and alternatives to driving alone. From information about Metrolink trains and Orange County Transportation Authority buses, to details about our own free services and rideshare incentives, we hope to give you all the information you’ll need to make your commute to Irvine Spectrum the best it can be. October 4 – 8 has been designated as California Rideshare Week. Commuters who rideshare during this week can win some great prizes by completing the Rideshare Activity Card which is available by clicking on the Rideshare Week logo above or by contacting Spectrumotion. Some employers may also have them available in their HR Departments. Employers who participate can also win prizes.
Spectrumotion is sponsoring a random prize drawing, awarding two gift
certificates to the Irvine Spectrum Center (one for $250 and one for $500),
specifically for Irvine Spectrum employers. All you need to do is return the
completed Rideshare Week

here) to OCTA, distribute the Rideshare Week information to your

New Neighbors… New Opportunities Spectrumotion has had the pleasure of working with three new companies that recently relocated to Irvine Spectrum. Join us in welcoming our new neighbors Gateway, Homeloancenter.com and Realigent. All three were concerned about their employees’ new commutes and asked that we help out. So far, we have found an alternative to driving alone for over 200 of their folks! As a reminder, new names in our rideshare database create new opportunities for everyone interested in starting a carpool or adding someone new to an existing carpool. Along with these new arrivals, we are constantly updating our database. If you haven’t ordered a carpool matchlist from us recently, this would be a good time to do so. Žv Rail 2 Rail Program Offers Flexibility During August and September, Spectrumotion had a surge of new enrollments in the free Metrolink ticket program. A record 60 commuters received two weeks free on Metrolink. Average monthly enrollment is 20 commuters. The increase can be traced partly to Gateway’s relocation to Irvine Spectrum. In other Metrolink news, the Rail 2 Rail
program allows Metrolink monthly pass holders traveling between Union

nonprofit association formed to assist commuters to Irvine Spectrum. We are
funded by the property owners in Irvine Spectrum much the same way a
homeowners association is in a residential community. That’s how we can offer
all our services to commuters and employers free of charge. Spectrumotion provides a
variety of free services including carpool matching, vanpool formation and
incentives, Metrolink commuter rail information and incentives, OCTA bus
information and incentives and an Emergency Ride Home Program. To view our
