commuter assistance as a basic employee benefit. “Various studies have shown that employees
who use an alternative to driving alone to work, even on an infrequent basis,
are less stressed, more productive, use less sick leave, and will have a
longer tenure with the company,” says McCaughey. McCaughey should know, he has been with Spectrumotion for over 14 years and has assisted hundreds of

Spectrumotion is a private, nonprofit association formed to
assist commuters to Irvine Spectrum.
We are funded by the property owners in Irvine Spectrum much the same
way a homeowners association is in a residential community. That’s how we can offer all our services to
commuters and employers free of charge.
Spectrumotion provides a variety of free services including
carpool matching, vanpool formation and incentives, Metrolink commuter rail
information and incentives, OCTA bus information and incentives and an
