Spectrumotion frequently visits employers or multi-tenant developments to provide commuters with information about ridesharing options. We call this an On-site Promotion. Whether we are participating in a transportation fair, wellness/benefits event, safety fair, or an event specifically planned for Spectrumotion, the idea is to speak with commuters personally about their commute options. This is by far the most effective way we know to communicate the benefits of ridesharing and to alleviate the misconceptions or concerns of commuters. We’ll come prepared with information on carpools, vanpools, Metrolink commuter rail service, OCTA bus service, bicycling, telecommuting and even walking. Something for everyone!

We also try to make the on-site promotion as fun as possible. The now famous “Wheel of Motion” provides interested commuters with an opportunity to win a prize simply by spinning the wheel. Prizes are personalized to the event that we are attending and can include free meals at Spectrum area restaurants, gift certificates and promotional items.
