Unfortunately, we have to have some rules. We've developed
the following list to help prevent abuse and help the program
operate as smoothly as possible:

An individual ridesharer is eligible for up to four Emergency
Ride Homes in a continuous twelve month period. |

In the case of a rental car incident, the ridesharer is responsible
to return the rental car to the same rental location within
24 hours with a full tank of gas. If a rental car is needed
on Friday, the car can be returned to the nearest home-end rental
car office before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday. |

The Emergency Ride Home program is not designed to deliver
commuters to work. |
| 4. |
It is not necessary to tip taxi drivers. Spectrumotion has
a contract with the taxi company that covers driver gratuity.
Spectrumotion will not reimburse for additional gratuities. |
